✅ POWER/BATTERY/INVERTER SYSTEM

• There are two systems installed for supplying power:

1. Input of 1 phase 240V AC via mains or portable generator which charges batteries which then supplies an inverter. The batteries can supply more power than the generator for periods to cope with peak demands. The small generator easily copes with the average demand.

2. Input from more powerful 3 phase mains supply which can directly power the equipment bypassing the batteries and inverter.
   

   System 1 (charger/batteries/inverter):

Battery capacity: 330Ah @ 12V nominal, two in series to give 24V DC

Battery type: AGM deep cycle

Battery charger: output 30A max .@ 24V DC nominal. Charger is a 3 zone smart charger

Input to charger: 240V AC 1 phase 10 amp (i.e. standard domestic socket) or maximum 700W from a 1kW generator (Honda or equivalent)

Inverter: 24V DC input from batteries to 240C AC output. Output 3kW max. continuous

  System 2 (direct power): A connection plug is fitted to accept 240V AC 1 phase or 240V AC 3 phase up to 30A per phase.
